Please include your reaction to the above videos. You must include all of the videos. The STEM information and the Gender Gap is also discussed in Chapter 8 and Chapter 9, so you know what it is. You must include our textbook as well.

You must include APA citations for all of the above references.

You need to create an initial post explaining all everything that is needed, reply to at least two classmate and reply to one classmate, who replied to your initial post. Please read the rubric, if needed.

Lastly, to be able to get an A, you must provide:
1. In your initial post: 250 words
2. Two replies to your classmates initial posts (each post = at least 100 words each)
3. One reply, to one classmate, on your own initial post (at least 100 words). If no one replied to your post, please create a third reply to a classmate’s initial post.
4. You must use information from the provided videos and from our textbook.
5. You need to include APA citations within your initial post.
6. Very important: Always remain respectful and to never be rude/offensive.

Please remember just responding with an agreement or reciting what your classmate typed is not an acceptable reply. In addition, I need you to get into the discussion early and often. This will provide you with a full credit grade.
In addition, if you post a blank post and then repost a full answer, you will receive a zero. You are only allowed to post one.
