You are doing a competitive analysis and are considering international expansion. Each week, you will add to the analysis.
Read Chapters 1-3 in Farnham.
Create an 8-10 slide PowerPoint presentation addressing the following points.
Discuss the company/industry you will be writing about as well as the specific product.
Identify the factors that are affecting the supply and demand in your chosen industry.
What has been happening in terms of demand or supply? (You must discuss at least demand issues or supply issues or both).
Define whether the demand for this industry is elastic or inelastic. Support your argument.
What opportunities do you see in this industry?
