This research aims to find the impact of organizational
structure on the diversification of human resources from the viewpoint of impression managerial
theory. It will analyze the existing impression
management literature to draw insights into the relationship under
consideration. Furthermore, it will identify the factors such as competency,
social inclusion, etc., which affect the management decision to recruit a
diverse human resource. Lastly, it will recommend appropriate organizational
structures and policies to improve the diversification of human resources by
reviewing the impression management theories.
