What caused the emergence of the “market” or “manufacturing” revolution in the early nineteenth century?

Which interpretation do you find more convincing?
2) What caused the emergence of the “market” or “manufacturing” revolution in the early nineteenth century? What political, economic, and social changes in American society had to take place for the “market” or “manufacturing” revolution to proceed and succeed?
3) What three or four events helped re-shape American politics in the late 1810s and early 1820s and helped usher in the “second party system”? As a result of these events, what were the major partisan divides that started to emerge between and among the Whigs and Democrats during the 1820s?
