Do your graphs show any relationship between the data sets or can you draw any conclusions based on your graphs?

List a few variables that determine where pikas can be found.
Now that you have listed variables, you can form hypotheses. Review the Excel data table posted to Moodle, which lists several parameters that are important to pika habitats. Graph the following: elevation vs average summer temperature and elevation vs average precipitation. Graph this data using Excel (you will have two separate graphs). Develop a hypothesis for each of your graphs, before you graph the data. Please see the accompanying videos and instructions on how to graph using Excel. The posted instructions are for Excel 2017. Your version might be different, but any differences should be minor.

Do your graphs show any relationship between the data sets or can you draw any conclusions based on your graphs?
Did you graph support hypothesis 1? Did your graph support hypothesis 2? Explain.
If global temperatures continue to rise, how will the pikas be affected in the summer?
If you were a pika, how would you acclimate behaviorally or physiologically to deal with this issue in the summer?
If global temperatures continue to rise, how will the pikas be affected in the winter?
If you were a pika, how would you acclimate behaviorally or physiologically to deal with this issue in the winter?
Now that you have analyzed scientific data about the pika, do you think pikas are indicator species for climate change? Why or why not?
