In this course, we have considered the fact that cybersecurity law, policy, and practice are not fully developed, cybersecurity is a problem that cannot be solved by technology alone, and the risks posed by a continually evolving threat environment. Additionally, although cyberspace is a global domain affecting all nations, agreement does not exist in the international community concerning its shared use and norms.
