These instructions must be followed to the T. This is a research paper so you will have to read the articles (10) that I have attatched. MUST USE THESE 10 ATTATCHED!. Please understand this assignment befor you accept it. I dont want to waste any of our time and effort. There is alot of instructions and all must be followed. Please feel free to ask questions.
This is a formal library research
paper that incorporates your writing skills, research skills, and your skill of
integrating your voices with those of the others’ in presenting your research
information.
q Chose
a topic or a concept, which can be traced in a play/plays by the same
playwright (e.g. ghost in Hamlet)
q Make
a point with an argumentative edge that needs proving or disproving by support
from ten scholars’ articles
q Research
for 10 articles pertinent to your chosen topic in the BC library.
q Read
the ten articles carefully to find supporting evidence, taking good notes about
the bibliographical information (author’s name, page number, publisher, and so
on).
q Evaluate
and sort out the quotations you need to cite in your research paper.
q Incorporate
the uncovered information into a well-focused, clearly organized, and
coherently developed paper.
In your research paper, you should
first make a point on the
topic. Second, you should back up your thesis with supporting
points by using quotations culled from the sources (at least 10 sources,
including articles from journals and magazines, and books). Third, you should present your understanding of the subject and your research in a
well-documented formal research paper.
To develop your theme, you could
use any of the method of thesis development you learned from English 1101 class
(e.g. comparison and contrast, definition, argument, cause and effect,
classification, and others). Your in-text citations and works cited page should be done in accordance to the most recent
MLA style. Your paper will be graded and
commented on with the following points:

clearly stated thesis statement on the topic with your position and your
reasons for your position.
v Appropriate
use of in-text citations and works cited page of the sources by MLA standard as
well as an accurate use of the outside sources by indirect quotations, direct
quotations, paraphrasing, and summarizing.

your essay as a whole.
v A
fine integration between your voices and those of other people.
v Correct
use of grammar, punctuation, spelling, and word choice.

Now you can read the article, searching for useful quotations related to your topic (e.g. “Initially it may seem as though the lone purpose of the Ghost revealing himself to Hamlet is to ask him to avenge his death”). You must write this done in your card and add the last name of the author and page number on which this quote appears (Murphy 118). You will find many useful quotations from the ten articles to be used for the in-text citation in the essay. This is the bulk of your research paper– the more useful quotations you have found from reading the ten articles, the easier for you to write up your research paper.
You follow this procedure ten times for the ten articles. When you finish reading the ten articles, you will have many good quotations you can use for your paper.
