Note that in this paper it is imperative to have an argumentative thesis, adequate analysis in your own words, and philosophical support of your argument from our readings/studies of philosophical theories to date.
Consequentialist theories evaluate only the consequences of an action in order to determine its moral worth.
Deontological theories ignore the consequences and look at the nature of the action itself and the motive with which it was done to determine whether it is good or bad.
Which approach do you think is more likely to get it right? why?
