To what extent has the Federal government, local governments, and American Capitalists participated in and continue to perpetrate acts of environmental racism on Black and Brown communities?

– Research Question: Through the lens of the recent Flint Michigan, case study and relying on previous sociological studies and literature this research paper will attempt to answer: To what extent has the Federal government, local governments, and American Capitalists participated in and continue to perpetrate acts of environmental racism on Black and Brown communities? As well as, what are the short and long-term consequences to the health and academic achievement of Black and Brown communities that are disproportionately victimized by acts of environmental racism.

– Reference the attached EXTENDED OUTLINE of the research paper but please be sure to include the following section:
Abstract, introduction and description of the issue, Literature review (Should be the largest section 8-9 pages), recommendations for addressing the issue and ideas for further research, and conclusion.
