Please review the case provided and provide a case brief using the attached guidlines. The case brief should be roughly 30% opinion on whether or not I believe the court made the correct decision or not and why.
I have attached a word document with the full case to be reviewed that even has footnotes based off of other similar cases as well as another PDF of the guidelines for the paper. Below is my rough opinion for the case:
I believe that some of the plantiffs had a legitimate cause for dispute and may have been granted their due compensation if they had simply not attached themselves to this class action lawsuit. Because the court has to evaluate the class action as a whole, the complaints of the individual are superceeded. Simply put, the plantiffs did not provide enough evidence that Frontier Airlines breeched their contractual obligations to provide compensation for canceled flights.
