Developing/using a new/old test/questionnaire to Evaluate Team/Individual Performance

The term research paper (8-10) should include the following sections: Introduction, Literature Review, Data analyses, Results, and Conclusions. Follow the instructions below.
Every paper begins at the maximum start value of 20 points. Points are deducted for the following errors:
Introduction and Literature Review (max. deduction 6 points)
Does the intro capture the reader’s attention?
Is there a clear research question?
Are all of the key concepts presented clearly defined?
Do students review a minimum of 2 studies?
Do students sufficiently discuss the literature associated with their research question/topic?
Data Analyses and Results (max. deduction 4 points)
Do students use appropriate statistical methods to analyze the data and interpret the results?
Conclusions (max. deduction 4 points)
Do students summarize the findings?
Do students present conclusions in a meaningful format?
Does the paper conclude with suggestions for future research?
Other considerations in grade (max. deduction 6 points)
Organization (max. deduction 2 point)
Is the overall organization of the paper clear?
Do students provide transitions between sentences and paragraphs to help the reader move from one idea to the next?
