Summary and Analysis Paper

This paper provides a comprehensive review of your undergraduate academic experience. Your paper should consist of three distinct sections:

How did you get here? What led you to choose General Studies/Interdisciplinary Studies as a major and why did you choose the concentration areas within your program? Answer these questions and provide a detailed discussion about your academic journey which has gotten you to this point.
What did you learn? Provide a detailed discussion about your areas of concentration in the IDST program, including why you chose the courses within each concentration and what knowledge, experiences and skills you gained from each area. You do not have to provide specifics for every single course taken, but you should be able to identify a handful of courses within each concentration and explain what you gained from each of those courses. (This section should be the bulk of your paper).
How will you use it? Discuss your plans after graduation and how your degree program has prepared you for your chosen field and/or graduate program. Provide specific examples about how your degree program has given you relevant skills and experience for your chosen path. You must also identify two alternative career choices/fields in which you could pursue or may be interested in pursuing given your education, skills and experiences.

Your paper should also include a solid introduction and conclusion. There should be few, if any, grammatical errors and the paper should be clearly organized and easy to follow. You do not need to cite any sources but please feel free to do so if you wishjust make sure you include a reference page if you do. The minimum number of pages for this assignment, not including the title page, is 6, double spaced.
