The focus for this journal entry is workplace culture. Chapter 14 provides an overview of organizational culture and its dimensions. For this task I ask that you use Comparably.com to review three companies that score highly on culture. Importantly these ratings are driven by employees.

Your Task
Review 3 companies that are featured here and summarize what you believe are the specific things they are doing to create strong compnay cultures (and sustain these over time).
Use the material from Chapter 14 to help you identify the specific actions (interventions, programs, HR practices).
For example: How do they bring employees together with a shared sense of purpose? How do they make sure that they are acting in a way that is consistent with the espoused values of the business? What do leaders do to foster a positive culture? How is performance rewarded? How are newcomers socialized into the business?
