The only part that is required by me is the introduction and the review of literature (rubric and proposal components included)

In the introduction of your paper, briefly describe
the curriculum change that you recommend and the rationale for why this curriculum
change is important to nursing education. Support your recommendation with at
least two references other than your required text. Include a purpose
statement, i.e. “the purpose of this proposal is to. . .”
2. Conduct
and write a literature review which supports your recommendation for a
curricular change (evidence-based teaching practice) at your CAP SON. Incorporate
a minimum of 3 educational
research findings to support your recommendation. For
each research study used, include the type of study
(quantitative vs. qualitative), and the number of participants and sites. Relate
the results of each study to your topic.
