You have knowledge, skills, abilities, or other characteristics that may be useful to a future employer. Find a job opening on a major employment website (like indeed.com) for a forensic science position. You should choose a position that is well-suited to your KSAO’s or that will be well-suited to your KSAO’s on graduation from college.

For each requirement specified in #3, provide your view concerning the validity of the requirement. Do you think it derived from a formal or valid measure of the requirements for the job? How do you think the job requirement will be evaluated? Based on the lectures, how should the job requirement be evaluated?
For each requirement specified in #3, provide the way that you would meet the requirement. How would you document your qualifications? How might you prepare for written or oral reviews by the prospective employer? How might you develop your KSAO’s to satisfy the job requirement?
