Relationship variables. Evaluate the supervisory alliance. Improvements?
Use of supervision models (both theory and developmental models). To what extent did you see the model and theory utilized? Improvements you could suggest.
Use of supervision strategies and interventions. What strategies/interventions were used, and how effective were they? Improvements you could suggest.
What insights would you derive from the experience that you will use to improve your performance as a supervisor?
