Write a literature review of relevant and current material related to the concept of the Learning Organization. You will use this paper as first section in your Major Paper at the end of the course. A literature review allows a researcher or writer to undertake a comprehensive exploration and review of what all is in the literature about a particular idea or theory, in this case, Senge’s concept of the learning organization. You should research this topic thoroughly using Senge’s book, The Fifth Discipline, as well as online databases via the OKWU library. Use databases such as EBSCOhost to search for articles that validate Senge’s concepts of the learning organization. See the Student Resources tab in Brightspace for help accessing these sites.
In the previous weeks, you should have already collected and read through most of the sources for the components of Senge’s model that you are reviewing.
Your literature review should be 6-8 pages and include 3-4 good scholarly sources for each aspect of Senge’s Learning Organization model. But you should have a minimum of 18 total separate academic or scholarly sources. Personal blogs, quotation sites, Wikipedia, and the like do not count.
