This could be a client you’ve worked with (de-identified), an organization, or an educational setting. If you do not have a real-world experience to describe, choose a hypothetical clinical situation or one you’ve read about. This paper should include the following information: a description and definition of the key cognitive/emotional concepts you are discussing, a brief review of the relevant literature about these concepts, a description of the clinical situation, and an exploration of the cognitive/emotional concepts as they relate to this clinical situation. You may wish to discuss interventions you attempted, why they worked or did not work, and whether you might try something different given what you’ve learned in this class.
