Written Introduction to the Business Plan

Assignment Purpose:
The executive summary assignment begins the formal process of writing for the beverage business plan. The executive summary is the introduction to the business plan and is designed to offer meaningful and significant data that serve to entice investors to learn more about the business. It should motivate the investors to turn the page and being reading the rest of the business plan.
Instructions:
After reviewing the resources provided in this unit, begin this assignment by outlining the data you identified in the Visual Summary of Business Plan Data assignment to use in the executive summary.
Formulate sentences for each grouping of pictures that reflect the importance of why you chose them to describe the topic for which they represent.
When describing the data use numbers, %, or refer the reader to pictures, figures, charts, or other visual representations which help support or further clarify what you are trying to convey to the reader.
Structure of the Document:
Using the business plan template provided insert your written assignment into the Executive Summary area. At the end of the document are placeholders for an Appendix. Insert and title the visual references you are referring the reader to in your written summary.
