2) Identify some possible challenges your client might be facing in their company,
workspace, field, etc. (which would cause them to seek out your services in the first
place).
3) Discuss the various steps that you would take in order to assist a client in determining
their needs: surveys, focus groups, interviews, etc.
4) Include an overview of at three different leadership approaches (e.g., transformative,
shared, transactional, etc.) that you employ to assist your client, based on their needs.
5) What interventions might you put in place to address needs as they arise?
6) Highlight the partnership you will cultivate with your client.
