You are required to supplement your report with at least one source (e.g., book, article, documentary) so choosing a public figure might prove most beneficial. Discuss why you feel this person is a viable choice. What is their coaching philosophy? What are they known for? How do they seek to develop players? What would it be like to play for this individual? Most of the individuals chosen have been coaching for quite some time, so discuss how their coaching style has changed over time. How is this individual similar to, and different from, you? What were you surprised to find about this individual? What did you learn that can be applied to your coaching?
