Task Force Mission
The Northern California Hell’s
Angels Task Force (NorCal HATF) mission is to identify involved parties with
the Hell’s Angels Outlaw Motorcycle Gang and end illegal activity involving the
gang.
NorCal HATF will accomplish
this mission by working in conjunction with multiple agencies to perform the
following concerning the Hell’s Angels Outlaw Motorcycle Gang:
· Identify
Hell’s Angels activities
· Analyze
and record identified activities
· Identify
and establish all involved persons with the organization
· Identify
and document the structure of the organization
· Investigate
crimes connected to the organization
· Make
arrests associated with the organization or those connected to the gang
· Disrupt
criminal activity associated with Hell’s Angels
· Successfully
prosecute those responsible for crimes related to the organization or person(s)
connected to the gang
· Provide
training related to outlaw motorcycle gangs
· Provide
intelligence to law enforcement related to outlaw motorcycle gangs
· Promote
and support alternatives to outlaw motorcycle gang lifestyle
· Community
outreach and education to counter the promotion of the outlaw motorcycle gang
