inexpensive, higher-calorie foods with refined carbohydrates instead of healthy food. With families not able to afford this healthy food, there’s now an uptick in hospitalization in younger children. Food insecurity is in more youthful children; it is among people with disabilities and the elderly. A government program such like SNAP came in to fill the gap for some of these families. Data has shown that ‘The U.S. government spent an estimated $103.6 billion supporting federal food and nutrition assistance program in 2014.” Citation?

National surveys to better understand food scarcity and what could be done to resolve the growing problem.

Food insecurity is a severe public health issue that often can lead to life-changing health issues. These insecurities are becoming a growing concern in many inner cities and even in the world. In the United States, there is poverty and unemployment are some of the factors in food insecurity. In these rural communities, the elderly and children fall into hunger, making food insecurity a very complex phenomenon. Studies need to integrate many programs
addressing food insecurity and the poor mental health that is more populated within the low-income community. . That belongs in Essay #4. This is the place where you summarize your sources only: Poverty is a significant social problem in the United States alongside mental issues, even when they have a health care system. The most recent studies have shown that rural poverty increased from the very beginning of this year. Changes in the way the system works also show significant signs of helping people get out of their current situation and go forward, helping with a better life. Food aid destabilizes food prices and often affects everyone, whether growing up or people who have access to food. The improvements to the system already in place send the message that the welfare of society deserves to be addressed.
