For this assignment, you are asked to write an 8-10 page cause and effect essay with research. You may choose the topic of your paper, but you must submit your topic for approval by means of a formal written proposal. In the paper, you must explore the causes and effects of some event or phenomenon. Guidelines
Your essay should be 8-10 pages double-spaced in length, exclusive of the Works Cited page or any visuals, should you choose to include them.
You should reference at least 6-8 unique, reputable secondary sources.
Your essay should be argumentative and contain a clear, specific thesis.
Your essay should be in MLA format. It should be double spaced with 1” margins. Use 12 pt. Times New Roman font and be sure to have a header and title.
