Write a paper on your Worship Site Visit Report.

Submit a report on what you chose to do, exactly what you saw or experienced, and your own critical reflections on what you learned in the Write a paper on your Worship Site Visit Report.process. Criteria includes:
Cogency and critical value of the personal insights given. What did you think of how this film relates to what you learned in the course? What was your impression/opinion of the worship site visit or the religious connotations in the films you watched?
A listing of the characteristics of religion found in each film or at the worship visit.
Accuracy of report about what was encountered.
Clarity/organization of report about what was done (sections are in a logical order).
Quality of writing and research, including grammar and proper citation.
You must use at least two sources, with one of these sources being your Concise Introduction to World Religions textbook. Other sources can include the name/address of the worship site visited or the name/production studio/year of the movies you’ve chosen to watch.
The paper should be at least 4 pages; double-spaced with 12-point text.

Late Work: For each day this paper is late, your grade will be reduced by a half grade (e.g. B to a B-)
This written report should contain a summary of a visit to ONE religious institution. Please do not visit a site that is from your own religion, if you follow one.
Attend a worship service and identify the parts of the worship service for this faith tradition.
Reflect on your experience. What Characteristics of Religion did you observe?
To enhance your report, interview the leader of the facility. It would be wise to set up an appointment with this person (priest, imam, monk, etc.). The website of the organization usually gives the name of its leader(s) and contact information.

When writing your report, do not assume that this instructor is aware of anything regarding the worship site and/or its practices. Be as descriptive as possible.
