Interview Reports Each student will explore the various stages of adult development throughpersonal interviews throughout the semester. Requirements for credit are as follows:
Length: Minimum 4 pages
Format:
Introduction: Introduce the interviewee (first name only, age), where the interview was conducted, etc.
Dialogue: The interview should be typed verbatim. For example, the student will list his/her name followed by a colon and the interview question. The next line should include the interviewees first name followed by a colon and the interviewees response.
Conclusion: Students will include personal reflections describing their overall experience with conducting the interview. This section should include new information learned about this age group as well as developmental observations related to textbook and lecture information.
Papers are due by midnight of the due date listed on the Course Schedule.
Sample questions include:
What role do relationships play in your life?
What benefits are there to being your age?
How would you define happiness?
Any additional questions pertaining to the specific age group that are of interest to the student may be included. A minimum of 10 questions should be included in the interview.
Ages to consider for interview purposes:
Middle Adult (40-65 years)
