1. Complete deployment and testing of Office 365 applications in all company laptops (200 approximate). Obtain user sign off’s.
2. Upgrade all company laptops (200 approximate) to Windows 10 Professional with all the latest Microsoft Security patches and conduct vulnerability checks.
3. Propose a new procurement system and deploy the system enterprise-wide. (50 named users).

The first week would be Writing the Synopsis
Create a project that you will complete during this class. Please include the following in your Project Synopsis:
1. Holistic picture of the current situation that is driving the need for change (for example inventory shortages because of lack of demand planning).
2. Improved profitability by implementing solutions to improve customer satisfaction and increase shareholder value. (Example implement an ERP system for demand planning, finance, and customer service).
3. This document will drive the decision for project approval, therefore it must contain relevant information, please review the list below and add it to the document as appropriate.

Cost Recovery (how many years to recover costs)

Disaster Recovery procedures (How will you recover original systems in case there is a catastrophic failure while implementing, upgrading)
