How would you describe the values and beliefs of each of the organizations that define their organizational culture?

During the week you and your team are visiting the agencies, you have conversations at various times to share with each other the perspectives you are gaining. On the class Discussion Board, and on your Group Discussion Board in preparation for your Week 2 Group Project, share with your classmates the perspectives you have developed of HSS and the government agencies from your interviews during your visits to the agencies. In other words, tell your story of what you have discovered about the circumstances involved as a result of your thinking about and reflection on the stakeholders and the organizations.
For example:
How would you describe the values and beliefs of each of the organizations that define their organizational culture?
What are the formal and informal power structures in organizations?
How mature are the project management processes in these organizations?
How do various stakeholders feel about having to use EVM?
These are only example questions; there are many other questions to ask.
Use your knowledge of, and your experience in, organizations to describe the stage on which the actors will be required to standardize their project management and EVM processes. As a reminder for this and future assignments, there is a lot of information that you do not have about HSS or the government agencies they support. However, you have been given the latitude to create and fabricate the reality you will be dealing with based on the information you do have.
