What is the outcome of this meeting? Who should the participants be? What I was looking for here was the need to get the “whole system in the room“. Ideally, 6 to 9 people should be attending this meeting as it is a decision-making meeting. In terms of probable issues, I was looking for one of the process steps we discussed in week three. The correct process step for this meeting would be decision making/delineation/strengths- weaknesses assessment and merge, if necessary. It’s important to understand that this is a level one disagreement, one that comes from information not being shared.

You also failed to include any of the facilitation techniques that we discussed in class including round robin, use of ground rules, circulating an agenda in advance, checkpoints, building consensus, etc.

Lastly, you did not include any references from the text or any of the information and course materials from the class. By week three, you should incorporating all course materials into your assignments.
