After reading Chapter 14:
Define stress and its components. Discuss a potential stressful event and provide a detailed description of what your physical, emotional, and psychological reactions to this event might be. You should also discuss how this reaction might affect your relationships. Also, describe a strategy you have used to cope with stress. Was your approach successful? Why or why not?
