What is your relationship to the subject, location, people?

Your final paper will be a culmination if the work you have done over the course of the semester. You will build on the analysis you did in your interview assignment by adding an introduction, a reflection on the research methods you practiced in class, and an other supplemental materials want to include. Please remember to include a heading and title. See below for a description of the sections you should include:
1. Introduction
What is your project about? Why should readers be interested?
2. Researcher Statement/Positionality
Why did you select this topic?
What is your relationship to the subject, location, people?
What is your status as a researcher (indigenous-insider, indigenous-outsider, external-insider, external-outsider) and why? (It may be helpful to review the video from Week 8 on Researcher Positionality: https://youtu.be/C9wVgU9Ppk8)
3. Literature Review
Take the sources from your summary and write them into a paragraph using APA-style citations. (Review the video on APA format here: https://youtu.be/_fVv2Jt0o18
4. Your Research Question
What is the topic of the interview you conducted? Be sure to discuss your surveys if that is how you chose your research topic.
In this section you should summarize your interview, including who you chose a subject and why, as well as what you hoped to learn from speaking with them.
5. Analysis
Your interview assignment included an analysis that you can use for this section. Review the previous sections (especially the literature review) and decide if anything in your analysis needs additional information.
6. Discussion
Reflect on the work you did this semester and think about the different research methods you practice.
What stands out to you?
Is there a specific method that appeals to you (and why)?
What have you learned?
What did you like/dislike?
Is there something you would change?
7. Supplemental Information (Optional)
Use this section to include anything you think will add to your analysis or discussion. For example: photos or visual aids, background/historical information.
