Explain how the structure can be improved from all four SDC nodes (LA, ID, Arch, CM).

I uploaded the explanations of DCE5/1 below, and I wanted to choose Farnsworth House-Plano, ILL. It is in the finallecture powerpoint.

Students must choose any structure or place, only 1, with the dominant stipulation
being that it was built/created in 1850 or more recently (1850-2020)
Students will then proceed to do the following:
A full, DCE 5/1 analysis
The ‘here is how I would improve this’ segment ***(saying ‘I’d do nothing,
it’s perfect is not acceptable. You must suggest improvements and defend them)
In this 2.-here is how I would improve this, students must include the following
2a. How the structure can be improved from all four SDC nodes (LA, ID, Arch, CM)
2b. How it can be improved in a way that addresses economic/cost benefit concerns
2c. How it can be improved in a way that addresses environmental concerns
2d. How it can be improved in a way that makes the ‘frozen music’ most beautiful.
