Rewrite a research report paper directed to the prime minister of Kuwait (target audience) about the Bidoons in Kuwait, and their stripped civil and human rights. My research should be about solving the problem of Bidoons, whether the Bidoons deserve Kuwaiti citizenship or not. The paper should also state how is the Bidoons a problem for the audience (prime minister). Add 4 sources per page minimum as this is a research report. Sources should be scholarly. In Bidoons case laws section, mention why the government is not following the law and who can fix that. Solutions should be cited also.
