assignment) to Blackboard during Week 15. No late submission will be accepted.
Your report must not exceed 4 pages of double-sp, 12-point font, including a cover (title)

The body of the report must include following four sections: (1) Identification of A Problem and
Research Question, (2) Data and Method, (3) Results, and (4) Discussion. If you use information
obtained from any sources in the paper, references should be listed at the end of the paper in
APA Style. For detailed information about the required sections of a research report, please see
below.
Identification of A Problem and Research Question. In this section, you should

question you study to help the government solve the problem, and why answering to the
research question is important in tackling the problem.
Data and Method. In this section, you should explain about the data and research
method(s) you use to answer the research question. With respect to the data, you should
provide (a) data title and a link to the data set (copy and paste the URL of the web page)
that you found on a government website, (c) the name of data provider 2 (organization or
department name) and (d) a short explanation about data contents (what is the data
about?).
To explain your research method(s), the following items should be discussed in this
section: (a) data analysis tool (e.g., Excel 2016) and (b) analysis process through which
you went to analyze the data in order to answer the research question.
Results. Answer the research question by presenting your findings. Tables, charts, and
graphs that support and/or summarize your findings should be provided in this section.
Discussion. Based on the findings in the previous section, suggest recommendations
(what government should do) to solve the problem that you stated early in the paper.
References (if applicable). Using the APA citation format, list the sources of information
