Explain why Texas have more wind capacity than any other US state. You do not need to cite something you learned while in class. For example, if you reference the “policy cycle” as I describe it, you do not need to cite me or the particular class. However, if you are referencing something specific in the textbook, then it should be cited. But once something is part of our common class language (“policy mechanisms”, for example), then you do not need to cite anything specifically. Your paper must utilize concepts from chapters 3 (Federalism); 16 (Public Policy); and/or 10 (Interest Groups.)
