After reviewing the posted Towson Pandemic Plan if you were going to updating the Towson Plan from 2006 what sections/areas seem to be missing. It has been 14 years since it was put together so please also consider current events in your responses.

Evaluation of the project will be evaluated on the degree of specifics offered (as compared to description), the link to concepts/plans presented in the course (the quality of the link is critical, not the number of concepts used) and whether your selected section are specific, valuable, and realistic. I am not looking for the reasoning behind your selection, just what goes in them.
