List & Explain at least 5 or 6 of the Twelve Mechanism’s of Change that Jack Welch used in transitioning GE through Change.

Things I Need in your paper:

An Intro – Tell me a little bit about GE – what /how were they doing before Jack Welch came along
Tell me a little bit about Jack Welch – who was he, what was he doing before GE
List & Explain at least 5 or 6 of the Twelve Mechanism’s of Change that Jack Welch used in transitioning GE through Change.
Then after you completed this Think of TWO more of these twelve Mechanisms of Change that YOU may have used if you were in that position and briefly explain why. Just choose two of the remaining Mechanisms listed
Then, in the article it explains what he considered his A team….What would YOU do to be on what he calls his A team. (this is just to see if you understood the characteristics/traits of what he considers the A team).
Finally wrap it up in a one or two paragraph conclusion
Use in text citations for anything you used that was not yours, and create a Reference sheet to formally point to the in-text citations (no citations = 25 points off)
That is it…..it’s listed on the information that it should be 8-10 pages in length (8-10 preferred. I am not as worried about that as I am the content. If you are going over at least 5-6 Mechanism’s, then two more, and intro, and a conclusion, you should be WELL over 8 pages anyhow…..so just do your best and cite your sources.
The article I gave you can and should be one source, there are videos on line of Jack welch and this transformation, as well as hundreds of articles. I don’t need more than 2 sources for an article this size.
