1) Prepare a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) of your PhD project (or a
research project of your choosing) using the SmartArt tool in Excel or
Word.
2) Prepare a Time Schedule of your PhD project (or a research project of
your choosing). Choose the Gantt Chart layout or the “conventional”
layout of a time schedule.
3) Define appropriate Milestones of your PhD project (or a research project
of your choosing). Summarize them in a milestone list, with giving
appropriate planned dates, and highlight them in your WBS.
You can use the templates provided on Moodle (but you don’t have to).
Upload all tasks in 1 single PDF file to Moodle and title as “Project
Funding_Homework_Name”.
