Examine the cultural significance of blind heroes Zatoichi and Daredevil, in regard to the political climate of the 1960s in which they were created.
This is a multimedia essay comparing the film series Zatoichi, from which you can reference any number of films, but The Tale of Zatoichi (1962) should definitely be one of them, and Daredevil, the original comic book series which began in 1964.
