Why wrestlers dominate the sport of mixed martial arts and make the best ultimate fighting champions.

– wrestlers are mentally tough and have a strong mindset
– wrestlers don’t panic and they use different strategies when wrestling and this helps them transfer that knowledge when they fight in the UFC during a cage match
– wrestlers are used to competing and start training at an early age so its easy for them to make the shift to MMA( mixed martial arts)
– Judges in the UFC score a cage match based on grappling, striking, aggression and cage control
– the UFC division have the most title holders and make the best fighters because of that wrestling experience
– Mixed martial artists scoring systems is similar to scoring in a wrestling match
– wrestlers are used to dealing with pressure
