Write a critical analysis on the article, “The History and Future of Marriage in Canada” by Nicholas Bala.

Hello, I have writing an essay but it was not following the proper guidelines for the assignement. This paper is supposed to be an analysis paper reacting to the reading attached below. My professor wanted me to use the IRAC method (issue, rule, analysis) which was not done. Each idea should be accompanied with sources and Canadian laws, human rights, etc. to support whether you agree or disagree with the passage. He also wants the text to touch on William Blackstone (in the reading). He also mentioned that we need to tie it to nowadays (society, norms, ideologies, laws, etc.) that would be in the analysis part. He said that the analysis part is the most important grading wise (I’ve attached the grading rubric). I have also added my essay to it which is what would need editing/rewriting. I have added the citation guidelines as a document (Mcgill guide) along with the grading rubric Thank you.

Essay should look like such:
Intro + brief summary of the text
IRAC 1
IRAC 2
IRAC 3
IRAC 4
IRAC 5
conclusion

This is what my prof sent us via email:
Write a critical analysis on the article,

Assignment 2 should be prepared in New Times Roman Font with 12 Font Size with 1.5 line spacing and also with formalities in legal writing in accordance with “McGill Guide” i.e. citations, footnotes, punctuations, bibliography.
