Introduction needs some improvement. Here are the suggestions my professor stated:
*Overall you have a very long introduction. Pair it down to 1ish page or less and end with a purpose statement this paper discusses
*A few areas that need a citation to support your definitive statements.
I have attached the introduction part on here as well to correct and I highlighted it in yellow.

composing a section on Background, Significance and Scope of the Problem, and Stakeholders.
Each stakeholder must have its own section in APA 7th edition header level 2. Just the header forthe begining of that section “stakeholders” is level 1.
We must have a minimum but to be safe lets do 4 stakeholders. Identify the impact on each stakeholder.
This section will:
Expand discussion of the issue using scholarly information literature to analyze the significance of the issue and the scope of the problem (4 sources minimum).
Identify a minimum of 3 stakeholders. Discuss the social, economic, political, and ethical considerations for each stakeholder and how they are impacted by the issue.
4. Formatting/Organization:
No more than 4 pages in length
Include in-text citations
Include headings, as appropriate
Add on to the Reference page
