Select
an international organization that has self-identified as having either a
corporate social responsibility (CSR) or a sustainability strategy. In your
initial post, identify the organization that you selected and address the
following questions:

What challenges is the organization
facing currently that might indicate a failure to implement their chosen CSR or
sustainability strategy effectively? Describe its approach and why that might
be the cause of poor or reduced performance.

Where specifically does the organization
experience challenges with its CSR or sustainability strategy implementation?
Examples of challenges might include issues with operations, a disconnect
between the company culture and strategy or leadership, inability of leaders to
communicate and lead a strategy implementation, global expansion, or ethical
issues.
NOTE:
You should support the challenges you identify with the research you have done
on the organization.

How does the organization’s CSR or
sustainability strategy engage stakeholders? How do stakeholders contribute to
the organization’s mission, or not?

What are your recommendations for this
organization? Do you think the organization should adopt a different approach
to implementing its CSR or sustainability strategy? What type of leadership
characteristics and culture would support your recommendations?
