Please write me an appeal letter explaining hardship and financial hardship during the panadmic as i travel to Liberia to take care of my ill grandfather who was exposed to COVID-19 but died as a result of the disease

Undue hardship must consist of serious injury, poor health, family crisis or other unusual and significant occurrences outside the control of the student. Undue hardship must be documented, and the student must demonstrate that such circumstances had an adverse impact on the student’s satisfactory academic progress in the academic program. Please see the financial aid SAP policy for the definition of undue hardship.
You must attach supporting documentation of undue hardship in order to be considered eligible for financial aid (Title IV funding).
Please be detailed describing the circumstances that caused you to fail to meet Satisfactory Academic Progress standards. Please include dates as they relate to semesters and courses.
