Explain the psychological and environmental influences on hunger, eating, and the development of eating disorders. What are methods of prevention and treatment for eating disorders that help address these influences?To answer the prompts, students must find one empirical research article, using PsycInfo from the library databases, on the same psychological topic as the prompt and use this article along with their textbook to aid in responding to the prompt. Empirical articles must be at least 4 pages in length of content and must have been published in 2010 or later. Students are encouraged to select this prompt based on interest.
Essays must have a section that specifically addresses the new insights that occurred as of a result of the empirical article. The paper should be APA format, double-spaced, and 4-5 pages in length (not counting separate title page and references section). Papers should be in 12pt font, Times New Roman, with 1 inch margins.
