Define portfolio as a dissertation design. To what extent does the portfolio design support your leadership work? What are the 3-4 elements you will share in your portfolio dissertation. This paper should be written to support the work of someone who is a community leader and law enforcement officer. This person owns a not for profit and have been working in the community for over 20 years. This person supports after school programs, teen programs that include workforce development, parent programs that include workforce development and capacity building, a violence prevention outreach program, health and wellness to include nutrition, and a recreational component for the youth. This person has worked in law enforcement for 26 years and have developed relationships with community leaders and members across the city. This person has trained officers in community engagement and peace circles. This person is an advocate for citizens to know their rights when they are stopped and or detained by the police. This person finds resources in the community and give referrals to community members around housing, legal, counseling, substance abuse, and domestic violence. For this paper, the person is actually the case study reason why we are doing the portfolio as a dissertation design.
