5. Case analysis
Under this section, you need to critically assess the company’s approach to resource-constrained innovation development. Please cover the following questions/issues:
a) Analyze the type of resource-constrained innovation the company focuses on (frugal, reverse, etc…) and explain why. Please provide a table to analyze the characteristics of the type of the resource-constrained innovation you address.
b) How the company finance their innovation? How it generates profit?
c) Research on the business model the company adopts.
d) How the company contributes to sustainability development goals, while developing resource-constrained innovations?
e) Mention the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats for the company while developing this resource-constrained innovation. Please use the SWOT analysis graph and clearly written points. You do not need to further explain the graph.
Important: Please consider that the case study should be addressed from “a resource-constrained innovation” perspective. Addressing the case study as “traditional innovations” does not fulfill the requirements to write the paper successfully.
