Select a problem that could arise in the workplace between colleagues. This could be a professional, or class team-related problem. Walk through how you could be solving it effectively using Steps 1–5 of the 6-step problem-solving model found in the “Problem Solving and Decision Making: Achieving Desired Results” Powerpoint. Explain how you would incorporate Step 6, Follow Up & Evaluate Progress.
Identify the elements of integrative thinking from the Riel and Martin reading that would be helpful to you as you work through the problem you have selected.
