Unjustice Systems In America

My personal Research topic is how law enforcement sterotypes individuals that they have encourters which lead to unfair and unjust arrests which later lead to court cases where defense rarely has the proper facts needed to exceute a fair judgement. Nevertheless often times, individuals of the the law’s choosing is often time able to do what they wish and have the side of the judge and prosecutor to go also rise up in error against an individual when the law enforcement officer is unethically performing their jobs. Many times, these issues lead to unfair trials.

Write 5–7 pages.
If you are conducting a meta-data or meta-analysis research project, write a paper as follows:
Relates the identification, collection, and analysis of your meta-data research project to qualitative research.
Determines the ethical consideration for each of these components:
Identifying metadata sources
Collecting the data
Analyzing the data
Conclude with an explanation of the human and social science benefit of your study as a qualitative research project that does not provide empirical evidence.
