Based on the topic area of your choosing and using class materials (including lectures, supplemental videos/readings, Tweedy text) and outside sources (scholarly sources and reputable online formats), research the topic of your choosing to answer the following questions in the body of your essay:
1. Introduce and document the historical origin of the topic
2. Is there evidence of using this topic in healthcare? (If yes, include examples. If no, explain what fields have applied this topic in practice).
3. Identify a connection you make between this topic and another topic from class
4. How do you plan to incorporate this topic into your future practice? Please be specific (ex: If you plan to go into nursing in a hospital setting, how do you feel this topic area can be incorporated into your future practice at the bedside in the hospital?)
Please note that you must use APA formatting for this essay. This includes title page, introduction, body of essay, and conclusion. Please do not answer each question with single sentences. Rather, use these topics as a starting point to expand your current understanding of the topic area of your choosing. Aim to write 1-2 paragraphs for each prompt.
The Final Analytical Essay includes a 4-5 page APA formatted paper including 5 APA in-text references and full reference list (minimum). Please submit as a word document.
